All I want to do is order a ton of wood pellets to be delivered to my home, but I don't see a need to create an e-mail account to do this. So what can I do?

When you add everything you need to your cart, click the bag at the top right and click "view cart." It will take you to your shopping cart and make sure to click "ship to home." Then click on "proceed to checkout" at the bottom of the cart totals. There will be options to sign in, create an account, or to continue as a guest. Click "continue as guest" and fill out the address and card details as normal.

I tried to check their website. The error message said. The website might be temporary down...

I am not sure. Sorry. Call the store and ask for kathleen she was awesome!
