I sent an email yesterday but will post this again. I am checking into various animal rescues for a friend who i s in the process of making out her will/trust. She would like to know if you have paid employees or is everything volunteer basis.

Out of curiosity what bearing does that have for her?

I should also add that we constantly try to reduce our administrative costs. This year CFA has reduced payroll by increasing our volunteer base who have taken on the grant writing process(they are both experienced grant writers) and we have been able to reduce the positions to part-time positions.
