Depends on the tide, honestly. Low tide, the rock is dry, from what i saw. We weren't there for a high tide viewing. My plain old Walmart binoculars worked fine, and we were probably 50 yds or less most of the time.
Depends on what tide it is, but with low tide it's right there. You can walk up to it.
At low tide you can walk up to it.
During low tide it is well within reach. You could walk upto it.
