We had originally booked for McBee Cottages, but we're moved here due to some issue with flooring at McBee. They don't normally allow pets, but since it was their issue, we got to stay with our little guy. The room was a total upgrade! Very spacious and comfy/cozy, and just a short walk from the beach. A pretty large fridge and kitchenette was a nice touch, and I really enjoyed reading on our first floor enclosed balcony. Bed is comfy, pillows are great, and check in/out are a breeze. It's 2 blocks from the beach, which is great. I don't have anything bad to say! We will keep staying with this chain when we come back!

I had a great stay! The new owners have given each room a lovely upgraded look while keeping the relaxed at the beach vibe. I loved the new mattress - best hotel mattress I’ve slept upon. When I clumsily managed to knock down the 7 foot high curtain covering the sliding door at 8 PM, a call to the front desk brought Mindy to my door in less that 5 minutes. There she was with step stool and a big smile. As she quickly fixed the drape we were chatting and laughing. She made me feel there was no place she’d rather be than helping me. That is excellent customer service! If you want a lovely, immaculate place to stay with great customer service, I highly recommend the Courtyard.

We’ve stayed twice now at the properties owned by this company. Pros…bed was very comfortable, we had a sweet birds nest right outside our patio door, the grounds and courtyard are really pretty, free breakfast was good and they provide a box fan in the room which was great as white noise while sleeping. Cons….both times the showers make me feel like I’m drowning. Very small shower stall with a shower head that isn’t adjustable and shoots right in your face. My 6’4 husband had no problems but I had to hang my head out the door to get air. Found a previous tenants used lingerie in a drawer. Great Keurig coffee pot….no stir sticks. Pretty minor but annoying. Tv was placed at the side of the bed so you couldn’t lay in bed and watch it without craning your neck over the other person. Easily could have put it at the end of the bed. Check in was pretty disorganized. They had new ownership and didn’t know what was going on. Didn’t get instructions on how to check out. Nothing posted in room. Never received the parking permit to park in the lot outside our room. I think twice was enough for me. Plenty of other cleaner more organized places to stay in Cannon Beach. Our favorite is the Cannon Beach Inn on the south side of town.

Decent hotel with all the necessities for a short stay. Wanted a small kitchenette for my stay and it was perfect. They have implemented sound measures to combat against covid and have enough space to maintain social distancing. It’s very close to the beach and you can literally hit water in less than 5 mins. So full marks on the location. It’s fairly close from downtown and you can go to your favorite stores in 15 min walk. Parking spots are fairly limited which makes it challenging!

Yes, Robes were included in the room like towels. Not yours to keep, but yours to use. Have a great day
