I am not sure what application you are asking about? However KCR can help sometimes with certain housing needs or utility bills. They have a computer lab and printing abilities.. You would need to go in and ask about what resources are needed. DSHS can help with food. Income, childcare and sometimes job training. Washington worksourse can help you build a resume and hook you up with a job coach to help guide you. Good luck
