Yes! A very large area with great trails!
When last I was there, the weren't any fences, and the official rule is for dogs to be on leash. However, the generally accepted rule (I've also heard this from a cop), is that dogs can be of leash, it's just up to the owners to ensure that they are well trained enough and friendly.
