The $5 tickets are on Tuesdays. The previous responses are incorrect, the $5 pricing lasts all day. However, only a standard movie is $5. The premium theatres like Dolby and IMAX are cheaper than usual, but around $10. To get this benefit, you must be an AMC Stubs Member. There are three different tiers, Insider, which is free, Premiere which is $15 a year, and A-List which is around $22 dollars a month and gets you three free movies a week.
