Mr Hagman I've not been up here in Port Orchard for long I go to the park all the time and to be honest with you the only time that I really see them running is on the weekends Saturdays and Sundays and on special days I believe it's usually around 8 in the morning or 9 I'm not positive but I don't think they're running because of the snow but it is still beautiful out there to go and walk and just look I hope this helps you out a little bit it's the best that I can do for now I apologize for that but you have a great day sir and I hope you find out the answer to all your questions
