No. It has three small study rooms, a small meeting room, a large meeting room and a quiet study area. None are sound-proof, but all are sound-reducing. I hope that answers your question.
They're definitely not sound proof. When they do toddler story time I can always hear the music if we're near the room. But it doesn't carry beyond the kids book section so its fine for having discussions that won't be overheard
At this location there are a few study rooms that are good at canceling sound. As for sound PROOF, I'm not sure as the library itself is generally quiet.
