Amazing resort like park. Rent is very competitive approx $825, especially considering the amenities.
It depends on where your lot is. My parents have lived here for about 10 or 11 years now. When they first moved in it was about $700 a month. Now they're paying 900 a month. I believe there is a stipulation now that says the rent will go up $25 a year.
We have friends that live there. They enjoy the park. We think it's beautiful but we have no idea how much the rent is.

My sister lived until she passed. Not a clue. But it is very desirable.
