Well landscaped with a bit of space between units. My impression was that it was clean. The layout is pretty confusing and the signs are not well placed. Make sure you get good instructions for after entering because the place is pretty big but the units are all pretty visibly labeled. Looks like a nice place for retired folks.

My mother-in-law lived here up until she passed at the beginning of the year this place was definitely her home and the people are family she enjoyed activities in the clubhouse and swam in the pool for exercise. Her friends lived here and she thought of them in her last hours thank you Filmore Park residence for being so kind

I found Bellmor Mobile Home Park to be very nice. Newer homes are replacing older homes in the little Short Nine golf courses a great test for your irons and even a couple of longer holes. Wonderful Clubhouse with Pool and sauna and game room. Everything is very well kept up. Convenient to the freeway and shopping all within a mile the freeway being I-5.

I recommend calling them. But they are putting in new single wide mobile homes I just don't know if they rent or for sale.

Amazing resort like park. Rent is very competitive approx $825, especially considering the amenities.
Yes, they have RV storage all the way in the back of the park. It's not a large area, but seems adequate and is also secured. Homes are always on the market. They are in the process of taking the older mobile homes out and putting in beautiful new manufactured homes, go check it out!
My sister lived there. She really enjoyed it. Lots of activities, pool, golf and lots of neighbors to chat with. Close to shopping, on bus line. If it were me, I'd buy there. I live in mn though.
