I have a lady friend that lives here and I was going to purchase until I heard what the rent was like. But the rent i will for sure pay will deliver nice clean yards great views clean streets nice trees. Garage is amazingly the unltimate fit for my Car.

Way over priced! $1000. a month? Clean up the streets for the people that live there. I've looked at many over 50+ neighborhoods like this. Much cleaner and half the price. It's only fitting for the environment that Federal Way is. Sadly. Federal Way is the largest Section eight community in the State. I'm wondering if our old, 50lb dogs would be against pet policy. They are both overweight, they aren't big dogs. They're mutts, rescue dogs. One looks like a miniaturized lab, and the other looks like a crazy terrier, cattle dog, lab experiment.
