If I believe I might have some things that's are old antiques that I want to sell. Are they in the market for buying items. And n if so do they offer fair prices? Or are they like pawn shops that give you 5 % or what your stuff is actually worth?

I could only recommend coming in and talking to Alan and Cheryl, the owners. I have only bought things from them for over 30 years but never sold him anything and my job fir the past 25 years is giving comics to kids for free, so i do not know what prices of anything antiques .

Each shop is different down there. Sanford and Son's is comprised of many different shops in one. I would suggest not only checking the different shops in here but also checking the different shops on the same street. You'll get a wealth of knowledge that way. 😊
