I needed to talk with Permit dept. so called their number, answer machine stated you could leave your number or stay on the line, it could take up to a hour. I was on the phone over 2 hours, it was never picked up. If no one is there or they are closed they should tell you. What a awful way to operate.

What size to build shed without permits
Under 200 sq ft is the new rule
I believe it's 200 sq ft.
You would need to get that from the Architect if there was one. If that's unavailable it's possible that the planning department may have plans on file. If neither are available then you'd need to hire an Architect or someone to draw up a site plan. If precise measurements are needed then a survey would also need to be done
