I haven't noticed anything different in the food and there has been a lot of turn over in employees over the years, so I didn't notice anything unusual there either.

I think it's not a matter of new faces, as much as it is more faces. They are definitely getting busier and there's been a steady parade of upgrades, fresh exterior paint, improved ordering, signage. All signs of a healthy, thriving business and a good retail neighbor. It's their website that leaves me scratching my head. If i were them, I'd be highlighting my catering, which is easy money. No contact info for HQ...it feels...clumsy. BUT, their food reminds me of a half-dozen places I know in SoCal...the LBC and the southern LA county/North Orange county. In other words, the real deal.
