The owner is periodically there if not leave a note on his door in the back I have seen him there around 11 a.m. he's never there early or late
There should have been a number for maintenance. It's on a service door if I recall correctly.
A long term solution is to get a loyalty card. You save money and all transactions are electronic, no more quarters. You put 6.00 into a washer and it jams on your last quarter, you're out six bucks at the moment. Hope you got an extra six bucks til you get your money back. Use plastic and there is no such dramai it either goes or it doesn't. And hey, good luck when the quarter changer is empty.

There should be a number you can call for service or the owner, you could also leave a note with your number and the owner should call you, there pretty good at taking care of issues
