I've ordered from them twice and both times the pizza was still raw. Second time I decided maybe the first time it was an accident bc they were short staffed and busy, but twice is enough for me. Called in and was offered no type of solution, so we put it in our own oven to finish cooking it. Won't be ordering again.

Greasy pizza anyone? Fingers crossed this doesn't happen to you. I emailed them for a redo and never herd back from them. My business will go to from Italy 🇮🇹. And receipt even states it should've been well done! Quality control 👌.

Ordered online, (6:45)and waited over an hour before calling. Called the shop (8:00) and said the order was there and it would come right now I’d be the first stop. Waited and called again (8:40) and asked to just cancel the order since I had somewhere to be at 9. Basically was told if the driver shows up there’s nothing they can do. I told them I wouldn’t be home and just wanted my Money back. Cashier was extremely rude to me and then hung up on me. As someone who has worked in the industry before years ago. That was far from how to handle these situations and TNT has gone far down hill and I’m worried if my money will even be refunded at this point? Warning, don’t pre pay with a card at this place, you may never get your food! Knowing the owners I can’t believe they let this happen in their business.

If you get their pizza, order the 12 cut. It’s fantastic. Cheese, pepperoni, and crust is the best around. However, don’t get the 16 cut. They use the same amount of dough and roll out. It’s very thin. It looses the great crust taste, plus the cheese slides off.
