What is the cost of adoption fee for cats and dogs and do they come with shots and neutered

All animals are vaccinated, neuter/spay, and micro chipped. Here are the fees as of now (5.5.2018, they sometimes adjust slightly), but keep in mind they constantly have sales i.e. -$50 all pets, or half off dogs etc. Puppies under 6 months $350 Dogs 6+ months and over 25 lbsDogs $199 Dogs 6+ months and under 25 lbs $276 Cat Adoption Fees 1 year+ $25 Two adult cats $40 Kittens under 6 months $125 Two kittensKittens 6 months - 1 year $200 Cats 6 months - 1 year $80 Critter Adoption Fees Rabbits $45 Guinea Pigs $15 Rats, Mice, Gerbils & Hamsters $5-10

All adopted pets have been neutered or spayed and given shots and medical clearance. The adoption fees may vary dependent on multiple factors including age and sometimes there are promotional events with adoption fee reductions.
