There's a donation bin right outside the temporary entrance (they're in their new building now), short walk uphill from the parking lot

Well, I would suggest that you take these toys directly to the shelter and give them to one of the staff members at the front counter or tell them to direct you to the receiving room if they have one. As a general rule, all of these institutions accept used toys as long as they are stil in good condition.
