Just had an Occupational Therapy appointment and the lady there said that my wife would probably qualify for Champus VA and pay as my caregiver. Does DAV Bremerton help acquire the awards of those?

Do you have a 100% VA Service-connected rating or a rating at all for disability? You need 100% for Champus VA, but the pay as caregiver could be qualified for with a rating decision for service-connected disabilities and the form 21-2680 filled out by a doctor.
