Yes there is all salmon only moving through sea lions effectively killed off the re introduced steelhead population Scant fish in the ladders ever at this point but still viewable
There are numerous times salmon are migrating. Check the blogs on the DF&W site and the Locks site.
We were there this Sunday. No migration seen .
I was just there on Sunday and we didn't see any. They sign says between I think june- aug? Recheck their website to be sure.
