There isn't. You would have to call Western Union or google. I believe the closest one is may be at a US Bank. But limited hours. I believe all of the ones near by don't open until 9a-5p? Again. Verify that through the Western Union website or their phone number. There is only an ATM on site at Amtrak King Street Station
