Yes, but it is not free. It used to be 50%. Now i think you pay 60% (get 40% off) but i haven't checked recently. You should definitely contact them. I used to have a low income membership and they were always awesome about it. Also, depending on how often you plan to go, they have day passes and family swim passes. ($20 for family swim pass, i checked recently)
I am in their scholarships program for low income. They also have veteran, senior and disabled rates. I personally love the Briggs YMCA. The syaff is fun, the community is great and with two pols and a hot tub the aquatics center is nice.
