We drive by often but it's never open when we pass it. Even today, a Friday, which their sticky note on the door claims the hours are 12:30-6:30, it's still closed. It's 1:45. At this point it's not even worth continuing to try to shop there.

Are you sure? Just went by during business hours, except they were locked up tight.

Owner was going to school and still getting things organized and in order after the opening. 12:30-6:00 are the official business hours now.

I get that, but they had been "open" for a long time. Even the day I saw the sticky note which claimed they were open they were locked up and closed. I'm not going to bother going somewhere on the off chance that they /might/ be open. I'd rather go somewhere I know is open, otherwise it's a waste of time and gas to go.
