Not only are in person benefits non-existent, regardless of what the phone hotline and the website says, but the one front desk member on site was absolutely not helpful. It seems completely unaware of how the current system is working, and completely unaware of the long phone queues and how the phone hotline is working. Don't bother going into the office, they're just going to tell you to do it online anyways.

Great place, they sent me home with a bag of food when I was hungry. Monte Cruiz is the best insurance person ever. She needs a raise. The lady at the front counter is a rude pos tho. Case workers in there were great tho
