Do you have to pack your return or can you just leave the item in its own item box?

In the lobby, 2 kiosks to log in and print your labels. If you dont have the container it came in they supply several different sized bags to put it in and put your label on. They also supply tape and scissors.

I packed mine in the box they sent it to me in...and when you get there.. there's a place to create return labels
