The cemetery schedules every 30 to 40 mins for internment cerimonies. It is best you send the flowers to the mortuary/funeral home addressed to the party/internment. CALL THEM to let them know of your flowers for the final viewing/internment placement. That will go much better for you and the family.
I'm pretty sure that you can, if you Google maps the cemetery it will give you all the contact information.
