Some of the venders would bye, but its hard to catch them on site. The people on site deal mainly with sales for the venders.
if u have something 1 of the vendors are looking for specifically or if your flatware is rare or unusually beautiful &/or pristine (mint condition) they will trade I know, but purchase outright I don't think so...
I don't believe they purchase items. They rent out space to vendors to sell their items.
