What are the space rental fees and what else is covered by those fees?

Thanks! How often do the fees increase? Does the park have any amenities like a pool golf, etc.?

We have a nice pool we have r.v. storage rent fee goes up a very little maybe 3 4 yrs by most 15 dollars at most..some of the yards are bigger than others differs in the place you buy there are double wide. Trailers as well as single so lots of options i lve it here been for 20yrs good luck!😁

There is a bass rental fee of $710 then your water and sewer is added that so it comes out to about $760 water and sewers the only thing that's included in the fee for the lot. Garbage lights and cable are all separate
