Hello Clint, While we do have outdoor seating, WA State Health Dept. law prohibits pets from restaurants - including patios. Service dogs specifically trained to aid a disabled person are welcome. Dirty Biter Park, right outside our restaurant has picnic tables, and food can be ordered for takeout and eaten in the park with your pooch. (You might have to share your French fries, though.)

They have a patio overlooking the channel, I'm not sure about your 🐕 though LaConner is dog friendly town they even have a statue of the local mut that called the waterfront home
