As fellow shopper, I can tell you most places are understaffed. The associates are busy helping in store customers.
There's no excuse pandemic or not for bad customer service. It's one thing to be understaffed but it's another thing to have staff on-premise that is untrained uninformed and can't really assist.
I was helped politely by a sales person there on her first day. Took us looking together to find what I wanted. Most employees I saw were busy with customers on the floor.
