This store is problematic on pretty much every level. From the moment you walk in, the staff acts like they're too good to help as if they're rolling in the dough and money's falling from the ceilings with literally no more than one or two customers inside! Elementary School students would probably handle the cash registers better than the staff at this location. When using the app to retrieve Express Cash, they don't even have an idea about their very own app and how the points/cash work. They offer complimentary steaming yet will refuse to steam dirty, wrinkly pants if it's near closing regardless if you've spent several hundred dollars. Showed up once at 10am and waited until 10:17 before they finally opened their doors. Rediculous attitudes for no apparent reason. Their floors are filthy with dust and dirt everywhere and their dressing rooms are even worse, with clothing in ridiculous hung and unhung piles. No sense of cleanliness or pride. Aritzia next door would never treat their garments like that. Save yourself the headache and shop on the app or online, they'll overnight your purchases if you're in a hurry. Southcenter is much cleaner and nicer with better inventory and staff that are eager to assist.

Martha was extremely helpful! I wasn’t familiar with the the types of clothing that express provided and was a little overwhelmed haha. Thankfully, Martha was there to provide me with great customer care. She gave me multiple shirts to try on, and shared with me honest feedback to find the right style / fit. Before I left she even had my clothes steamed so I could where it for my party I was attending later that night! I will definitely be coming back to this express because of her.

Pretty sure my entire wardrobe comes from Express. I bought something, needed to return it, didn't want to go back to Southcenter, came here instead while my car was serviced. These guys not only put up with my shenanigans the first time i returned something, but again 2 days later because I bought my typical Express size, and it didn't fit. Gah! All the employees were super extra friendly both times, especially the two managers-different days- who sounded like they were from other stores. Thanks guys. Sorry to be that customer! 🤦‍♀️

I've been shopping at Express for several years now and have been impressed with the quality of their clothes, friendliness of their staff, and significant savings of their coupons. I'm pretty sure on any given day I am wearing at least 1 item from Express.
