If you have a water purifier, you can draw water from Parker Creek too...if its running.
It's $10 a day. I went last weekend. The $5 is in regards to day use per car
It was 5 dollars per day and there are 6 sites which were first come first serve. Unsure how long you can stay but there is no water so extended camping may be difficult. We stayed 2 days and it was great though.
