They refuse to deliver amazon packages, even small ones that would fit inside a mailbox. They say they attempted too but couldn't access front door. My front door is 20 feet from the street with nothing blocking them. No fence and a perfectly clear path to the front door. USPS accepted the amazon contract to deliver in this area, I get that they might be overwhemed but maybe refuse amazon delivery? Have them use ups, FedEx or their own delivery service... by not fulfilling the contract they are frauding Amazon and their customers.

Everytime I have went into the post office to pick up or send a package, the front desk has always been very friendly and helpful!

The staff is good at what they do and have always been nice to me. They have even been good sports about getting my street addressed mail to my PO box.
