All mail going west is being rerouted even local mail and it's taking 2 to 4 weeks for mail to get were it's supposed to. My brother was. Mailed a letter from Eugene to Falls city up by Salem it took 4 weeks for him to get it
Where ever you purchased the money order they should be able to track it down,, your landlady will have to understand and work with you on this.
If you have the money order stub it can be tracked.If you got it from the post office ask them to track it
