No, private autos in parking spaces single use and transit buses. Probably less parking soon once metro offers paid parking spots.

You would have to call and ask if they will allow you to do it. If so it would be somewhere in the back where you could take up the rows of parking spaces without being in the way or hit. Call and find out the answer.
