My wife came home and noticed that the cashier rang up 5 bottles of Listerine instead of 1. She took the receipt back and was told they would only refund 3 bottles. Gee----that sounds fair?

It's not fair, but unless there's a video of the transaction there's not much they can do to verify that you infact didn't want 5 bottles. They were nice enough to give you a refund of 3 bottles.

Always had Stellar customer service from Costco. Sorry to hear of your problem. I would ask to talk with the manager
