Wasn't too busy during the week, nice sunny day a bit on the windy side but overall a nice day. Parking near Tower 15 was mostly RV's spending the day at the beach.

This is a very convenient spot. Close to Beach and only $10 bucks for the whole day! The friendly attendant even let us go in and out to pick up a friend without paying again. We stayed pretty late and unlike most city/state run parking …
