The gym itself does not have any trainers on staff per se, but outside trainers can train their clients here. That said, there are many regular trainers that are there all day just about every day of the week who are very friendly and you could ask about their rates.
It varies. There are many who offer personal training . The gym has no trainers as such you can hire the services of trainers who can come over and train.
