Essentially everything you need. The rooms and equipment are clean and it is never extremely busy. Nice place for a quick work out.

This gym is legit. The staff are friendly and are willing to help. It’s also nice to be able to go there whenever. They also make sure the the equipments are working right. Today the gym owner got some guys to come work on putting new leather on the benches and tightening up some other equipment. You also can’t find any gym with this great of a price

Great Gym. Has a dirty shower I don’t think people use but most people come to it workout gear already. All the necessary equipment for good price.

Great experience as a drop in. Helpful coaching and very friendly patrons. Exactly what a gym community is all about. Defiantly consider this gym if looking for a spot to work out!

Everyone there is pretty friendly, but there is someone around to help.
It is a little on the hot side of temp scale. But this gym has such amazing and motivational energy that it does not even feel hot. They do have the roolup doors opens which provides good ventilation.

The gym itself does not have any trainers on staff per se, but outside trainers can train their clients here. That said, there are many regular trainers that are there all day just about every day of the week who are very friendly and you could ask about their rates.
There's a single shower in the men's locker room. I cannot comment on the women's though.
