Get off at the convention place stop (last stop in the tunnel if headed north) it's literally right across the street from the theater.
Five minutes from Westlake, just go up the stairs and head east once you get to Pine.
Be sure to dress for weather though. My wife was freezing during the walk.
It is not a difficult walk. I have a poorly healed lower back injury and I can make it with few problems. There is not a lot of slope either direction but it is nearly always crowded. Allow yourself enough time.
