That was my only complaint was everyone just kinda sat and watched. By the end a few of us were dancing over on the side but it was frowned upon
While the show is going on? Yes, unless you are leaving for the bathroom, refreshments, etc. Since you'd be in the way of the people behind you and maybe distracting to others, unless you got the really good seats. There is not a dance section for people in the theater as far as I know.
It depends if you have general admission or a ticket for a specific seat.
