I am a bit picky for authentic sushi. Do they have the nigiri sushi of all sea urchin (uni), sweet shrimp (amaebi), raw saba (raw mackerel) sushi, hotate (scallops) ? My hubby will take me to either sushi bar or this place. But I'd never there.

They do have some on the belt, but you can also order rolls. It's so good.

I believe you can order it. The rest is on a conveyer belt circling the restaurant
