Debra is correct. We rent booths where our dealers sell antiques and collectibles. I will check with our mall manager. She knows someone that sells plates. I don't know if he appraises them, but he would be able to tell you what he thinks it is worth.
I can't imagine that they would. It's a place where people rent booths to sell their antiques.
