The place is kid friendly. However, the goggles really don't work for kids under the age of 5 or 6, and I would worry about them running into things.

No. We took a bunch of kids there for a 10 year old's birthday and there was nothing they weren't allowed to do. It may be hard to fit the equipment on a very small child though, i would think.
