There is plenty of on street parking and there is a small lot nearby.
I don't think there's parking for the event, i may be wrong. I found street parking. There are parking lots near, Starbucks, for example. They'd have a handicap spot.
Also consider maybe taking a lyft or Uber might be easiest if you don’t want to worry about parking. Depending on handicapped needs. Like wheelchair lift etc.
I don't see parking but I parked my car in starburst area.
Since it's on a Saturday, there should be ample parking in the Starbucks lot, just to the South.
