Try Tolt McDonald Park down the road in Carnation. They have campsites and can accommodate tents

Not at that park. Seeing your post from 45min ago, have you checked in with the library? Monroe seems to be focused on helping people who have fallen on hard times. Good luck
The park is regulated by the parks department. They go through regularly to make sure no homeless individuals are setting up any camps.

I wish but no overnight camping is allowed there. The park closes at dusk.
