Brush their teeth with dog toothpaste. If that doesn't work, try a different dog food.
The best thing to use to get rid of your dogs bad breath are either Greenies Dental Dog Treats, or Milk-Bone dog biscuits. They are both great options because not only do they help get rid of bad breath, your dog will love them and they come in different sizes to suit any size dog.
I would have a vet check for teeth problems. Mabey a teeth cleaning or mabey need teeth removed.

There is dental breath aid down isle 5 that you can add to the water bowl. However if its do to bad teeth you would need a vet to professionally clean their teeth.
Depends on how long since there teeth were cleaned. I give my dog Dents Sticks to help maintain his teeth.
