Quite possibly one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I went to Spencer’s based off of the great reviews, but it was a complete waste of my time. The staff was rude and rushed me out of the store, and were in no way looking to help me buy the work boots that I saw on their website. I have no clue how they’re so highly rated for customer service.

That place was great. Got great boots for a good price. Love them. The help was awesome help. Found what I wanted in just the right size. Clean the smell of new leather was fantastic. I will be back.

Spencers is family owned & operated for over 40 years & is easily accessible on right side (west) when southbound about 2 blocks after Park Blvd in Pinellas Park. Spencers packs a good wallop for your western wear needs! Lots of boots & hats by sizes, jeans, belts & leather choices. And they repair! Great hours, so give them a call for your needs.

yes Spencer's has a leather repair that can sew on patches.
They have a wide variety of mens and ladies stuff
John we can replace a broken snap, but we cannot convert a button shirt over to snaps, because of the button holes..sorry not able to help...
The hat band is usually replaceable depends on weather you want same as is or willing to change it as to weather we can fix it..will need to see it you can send picture or come by with it if you are close. thank you Marie
