Hi I live In Maltby my property backs up to Paradise lake trails there is a large cedar tree that is rotting out and is leaning towards my property if it falls it’s going to take out the chicken coop,my shop and home .

Though it will not address your immediate concern, I believe that you have the right (by law) to trim branches that overhang your property. Note: I am not an attorney and my understanding maybe incorrect. Either way the best course of action is to contact park management ASAP and discuss it with them.
